Take all INFO Notes and Landmark for the Office from the Information Board on each Land. On the land that you want to rent, you will find the indicated rental rate Jetskis or Boats have to be PARKED on your land and COUNT with your Prims. The middle is just for take a ride on the Jetski or boat. Offsim Stuff allowed BUT only on the ides where the SIM borders are! NOT allowed put any Offsim Stuff direction to the middle of the SIM.
On some regions, our lands are with WATER WAYS in the middle of the SIM where you can use a small boat or jetski. If you want to avoid any problem of this kind, we strongly advise you to pay the maintenance fees in advance if you don't intend to come in SL for a longer period. The ex-owner won't get any money for the loss of this land. If an owner lets his tier payment expire for 24 hours, the Land will be taken back by SUNSHINES PARADISE and put on sale again. TIERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF ABANDONING THE LAND FOR ITS OWN CHOICE. We advise you to use a protection tool an ORB SECURITY SYSTEM instead with 15 sec Warntime and SET TO teleport Home without ban(contact us if needed) It is forbidden to use the RESTRICT ACCESS TOOL in ABOUT LAND. Land Joining, terraforming and skyboxes (from 500 meters up) allowed Resale and renting allowed (please warn us when your land has been sold) Any activity is allowed as long as you respect the Linden TOS and your neighbours (mature area) The following rentals MUST BE PAID IN TIME BEFORE TIER COMES PAST DUE! SUNSHINES PARADISE will reclaim the land if you don't respect this delay. The Purchase price of the Land is the 1st week of Tier Private regions (high performance) > no need of premium account ! *IF SL ever changes it so sub-deeding as an option, we will offer that option immediately, free of charge! While we would love to allow people to deed to their group, current limitations within SL won't allow us to the group the land is deeded to becomes the owner of the land, which would take ownership away from us. Mainland does have a few limitations the main one being, we can't deed the land to peoples groups.
